Our Strategic Aims
We have five strategic aims to achieve our vision and fulfill our mission:
· Promotion of National Identity: To ensure that everybody has a sense of pride belonging and commitment in Dubai and UAE.
· Social Protection: To guarantee that human rights are protected and people are financially secured so as to promote their independency and self-sufficiency.
· Social Inclusion: To ensure that everyone receives appropriate social care services that help integrate vulnerable groups in the society, allowing everyone to live with dignity.
· Social Empowerment: To make sure that all Emiratis are equipped with the necessary information and life skills that enable them to take important life decision and contribute to society effectively.
· Social Cohesion: To ensure that social relations in Dubai are based on mutual respect, understanding and tolerance to other cultures, in alignment with Emirati values and traditions.
