DECDC is a family focused early intervention center that caters to children with special needs. Below is the eligibility criteria for DECDC services:
- Children from birth to six years of age and their families
- Children with/or are at risk for special needs, disabilities and their families, regardless of the nature, severity or number of disabilities
- Children of UAE nationality; a passport and family book (kholasat qaid) is required
- All children and families should be residents of Dubai
- Children needing early intervention services
