The Community Development Authority’s (CDA) outcomes are closely tied to the Dubai
Strategic Plan 2015. Our five outcomes (national identity, social protection, social inclusion,
empowerment, social cohesion) support the DSP 2015 strategy for social development and
national identity.
Our workforce comprises of over 20 nationalities with work experience from diverse industries ranging from telecommunications to banking and education to healthcare – all brought together by the passion to work for an Authority that is working towards forging a better society for Dubai.
