Our Initiatives

In order to achieve it’s of making Dubai a city where everyone is self-sufficient and satisfied, CDA announced two of its valuables initiatives. It recently launched DECDC (Dubai Early Child Development Centre) which is CDA’s early intervention program that provides special services to children with disabilities up to 6 years, their parents and their caregivers. It provides a number of services including medical & psychological consultations and clinical services.

Another initiative is the Social Benefits program for UAE nationals, which provides cash and in- kind subsidies to people with disabilities or with low incomes, upon conditions specified by the department in charge.
