Social Regulatory and Licensing is the executive administration charged with the implementation and management of a progressive regulatory and licensing system that safeguards the social care beneficiaries in the Emirate of Dubai and the free-zones within it.

Our objective:

  • To improve the standards of quality for provided services in the social sector
  • To enhance the standards of safety for those using social services

Our Services:

  • Setting up a regulatory framework pertaining to providers in social sector, inclusive of volunteering services.
  • Licensing and regulating social sector providers in the government and private sector as well as their respective programs.
  • Implementing quality improvement programs to drive the elevation of the social care service in Dubai.

  • Social Regulatory and Licensing is providing online services to facilitate the registration process offered to the professionals, facilities and societies within the social sector.
