The child visitation service works to enable the execution applicant to see the children covered by custody, and those in their judgment, based on the judicial ruling issued by the Dubai Courts for implementation in the Community Development Authority.

• Children of divorced and separated parents. Only the UAE citizens living in the Emirate of Dubai.

Required Documents

Documents	Issuing Authority
• Original valid national identity card for the implementing parties and the children. • Electronic child seeing rules form should be signed by the execution parties before implementing the child seeing. • Electrnoic child safety pledge application should be signed by the execution parties • Completion of the initial electronic data form for the parties to the execution. Service Procedures

Order Flow	Time Taken
Receipt of a letter from the Dubai Courts or one of the parties to the execution.	5 mintues
Communication via telephone or email with the parties to the execution to explain the procedures for providing the service. Send the child seeing rules application, child safety form and complete the data from the parties to the execution either by email or in-person. Conduct a social interview with the parties to the execution and the custody child or one of these (if necessary) via telephone or in-person. Communication (Email/ telephone message/ telephone call) to the parties to the execution to confirm the start date of execution	5 working days
