​​​​​​​​​Community Development Authority is applying the World Wide Web Standards (W3C) in its website design in order to make it easier for users to browse the website and to facilitate the easy and smooth access of information and eService's especially for people with special needs. Community Development Authority has implemented features that a provides all the possible to users, Among those features:

1- Change of background colors:

Background can be changed to black\white by clicking on the icon​ which is available on top of the page.

​2- text to speech:

This feature is provided for users with visual impairment or for those who can't read the text on the screen. To run it, click on the icon "Read Speaker" at the top of the page.

3- Change font size:

Text size can be enlarged or reduced by clicking on the icon (A+) or (A-) on top of the pa​ge.

4- Keyboard shortcuts:

There are shortcuts for using the keyboard. You can use the "TAB" key and the keys "SHIFT+TAB" to move back and forth between elements on any page. For more info Click here ​
