The social and psychological care and rehabilitation service for juvenile delinquents and those at risk of delinquency works for all children under 18 years of age, of all nationalities and residents of the Emirate of Dubai, and is divided into two services:
• Social and psychological care and rehabilitation for juvenile delinquents
• Care of Juvenile Delinquents

The social and psychological care and rehabilitation service for juvenile delinquents operates on behalf of all children of all nationalities from the age of 12 to 18 in the Emirate of Dubai.
