Temporary financial assistance that supplements the income of the householder, which is paid periodically to meet his or her basic living needs by Community Development Authority to UAE nationals who meet the eligibility criteria.

Householder: • Valid original of UAE ID card • Electronic copy of salary certificate showing retirement deduction • Declaration of non-employment (in case of unemployed and the age is under 60) (Electronic form to be signed through the authority)	Federal Authority For Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security Employer Community Development Authority
Wife: • A declaration of non-employment (if age category does not work under age 60). (Electronic form to be signed through the authority)	Community Development Authority
Non Married and Unemployed children (over 18 years): • A declaration of non-employment (in the case of non-work and study in private universities or collages) or • Electronic copy of continued study certificate and academic schedule (in the case of study in public universities)	Community Development Authority Academic Institute
Divorce: • Proof of marital status (electronic form to be signed through the authority) • Custody of children (update custody in dubai courts) or (electronic copy if the custody from courts outside emirate of Dubai) • Electronic copy of alimony, or settlement agreement + financial position • Proof of support in case the children are out of the nursery age of 18 years and above (electronic copy of the support if the support is from courts outside emirate of dubai)	UAE Courts Community Development Authority
