• Original identity card of the householder

• Householder: Documentation proving monthly income from all sources (e.g.: salaries, pension assistance, aid from the Ministry of Social Affairs, aid from Awqaf (General Authority of Islamic Affairs, and Minors Affairs Foundation, etc.) Assistance from individuals or non-government organizations is not to be included
• Wife: Documentation proving monthly income from all sources (e.g.: salaries, pension assistance, aid from the Ministry of Social Affairs, aid from Awqaf (General Authority of Islamic Affairs, and Minors Affairs Foundation, etc.) Assistance from individuals or non-government organizations is not to be included
• Family members over 18 years: Documentation proving monthly income from all sources (e.g.: salaries, pension assistance, aid from the Ministry of Social Affairs, aid from Awqaf (General Authority of Islamic Affairs, and Minors Affairs Foundation, etc.) Assistance from individuals or non-government organizations is not to be included

Income (in case of Unemployment)
• Householder: An acknowledgment of being unemployed, certified by the notary of Dubai Courts stating an evident and convincing reason for being unemployed (except any individuals older than 60 years of age)
• Wife: An acknowledgment of being unemployed, certified by the notary of Dubai Courts stating an evident and convincing reason for being unemployed (except any individuals older than 60 years of age)
• Family members: An acknowledgment of being unemployed certified by the notary of Dubai Courts (for individuals over 18 years old)

Verification Documents - Prepared by the client
• Householder: A certificate from Dubai Municipality stating whether or not there is lands and properties in the name of the householder
• A “To Whom It May Concern" approved certificate from the competent authorities stating the disability.
• A signed and sealed statement from the school wherein the student is studying stating the following: the costs of the academic year – amount paid - outstanding amount

• Statement of facts indicating that she is not married from a UAE court
• Statement of facts indicating the custody of the children from a UAE court

• Continuity of marriage certificate from a UAE court

Verification - The said documents shall be obtained on line via case managers
• Online background check on lands and properties in the name of the householder and all family members over 21 years of age (Dubai Land Department)
• Online background check on Commercial and trade licenses in the name of the householder and all family members over 21 years of age (Department of economic development)
